Project overview
Built a Product-Led Growth (PLG) analytics solution to track user behavior across the entire SaaS funnel—from signup to paid conversion. The objective was to identify friction points, improve activation rates, and uncover revenue growth opportunities through data-driven insights. By integrating user events, subscription data, and engagement metrics, the dashboard provides a complete view of acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization performance.

Developed an end-to-end analytics framework that visualized the complete PLG funnel and highlighted key conversion bottlenecks. The dashboard enabled detailed analysis of signup-to-activation performance, trial-to-paid conversions, retention metrics, and revenue impact. Through data-driven recommendations, the project identified opportunities worth approximately $570K in annual revenue potential, demonstrating how analytics can directly support product growth and business decision-making.
