Data Pipeline Design & Ingestion Flow
Ticket, agent, client, and log data arrived from separate MySQL tables and flat-file exports, so operational reporting had no dependable source of truth. The architecture consolidates those inputs into S3, validates schema and freshness, and exposes curated datasets through Athena, Redshift, and Power BI.

Failure Handling & Idempotency
The workflow separates raw, staged, and analytics-ready layers so failed batches can be replayed without overwriting trusted outputs. Validation rules check malformed records, missing fields, and load completeness before warehouse publication, keeping reruns idempotent and auditable.

Business & Operational Impact
The platform replaces manual reporting with a repeatable AWS lakehouse workflow for daily executive visibility. Operations teams can monitor unresolved ticket gaps, resolution time, agent throughput, and channel intake from trusted, refreshed datasets instead of ad hoc queries.
