Batch reports were too slow for fast delivery operations. The architecture ingests four concurrent event streams, lands raw JSON in a Bronze Delta layer, transforms validated Silver datasets, and publishes Gold aggregations through Azure Synapse and Power BI for live operational decisions.

Failure Handling & Idempotency
Streaming transformations use checkpointed Delta processing and medallion-layer separation so micro-batches can recover safely after interruption. Raw events remain immutable, credentials are secured through Azure Key Vault, and curated aggregations can be rebuilt from validated Silver data when needed.
